worn furnitureflat pillows
the room i had wasn't very excellent the furniture looked a bit worn i was hoping for more given the hotel's reputation the pillows were also quite flat it was hard to get comfortable i expected better quality for a hotel of this supposed standard

The King Suite Sofa Bed Non-Smoking had ample space, approximately 600 square feet. The blackout curtains ensured a dark room for sleeping. The suite included a separate living area. The bed was firm and supportive.

Frankie's Italian Restaurant attached to the hotel had AMAZING food!!! Dinner service was prompt. I tried the pasta, and it was delicious. Breakfast included a selection of pastries and coffee.

The fitness center included three treadmills, two stationary bikes, and free weights. The whirlpool was very clean, and the sauna was warm. The hotel provided refillable water bottles, a GENIUS idea!!!

I found the location to be convenient. the underground parking provided secure storage for my car, i felt at ease . the italian restaurant offered an amazing culinary experience. It was such a treat after a long day.
the hallway carpet showed slight wear, indicating a need for some refreshing.

i've visited this hotel before.. but the recent remodel blew me away! the rooms feel so modern and fresh. the hotel staff really helped me when i needed something.
The coffee situation in the room was a bit confusing. I think i accidentally drank decaf, oh well!

i found a couple of aspects rather disappointing. firstly, the air conditioning in the room was quite weak. even with it running constantly, the room never seemed to cool down sufficiently. secondly, the noise from the street was more noticeable than i would have liked (especially early in the morning).

I liked the hotel's proximity to bc place. the room was clean and well kept. i found the nespresso machine in the room very useful. secure underground parking was convenient. It was a quick walk to both the bus and sky train.
The destination marketing fee was like a hidden charge. it was added at checkout despite my room being prepaid. I found this surprising.
